- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I was able to exchange foreign currency here without being a customer, at a reasonable rate with no extra fees. The staff were very nice and friendly. It took a little while because they have to follow procedures and file everything, but other than that I was quite happy. Most bank will not help you unless you're a customer. The wait was long, but this seems to be a feature of most banks so I will not rate them on that.By Zuzana Zuscinova, March 27, 2017
